To leave the chalet at the Golden Cross Holiday Park however prior to doing so, there is a requirement for a licence to be provided by the holiday park owners and seek their approval for the chalet to remain within the park. It is understood that such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
The costs and charges in respect of the licence are as follows:
Pitch Fee: £2,200 p.a. (it is index linked so increases slightly each year) the pitch fee year runs from 1st June through to 31st May and it is due in advance.
The service charge is advised to be budgeted at approximately £1,000 p.a. This charge includes all business rates, communal electric, maintenance to communal areas, maintenance and running of the parks communal treatment plant, electric gates etc. The service charge for the last financial year was £939.07 per lodge.
